- DreamRides is a Dubai luxury car rental company. Rentals are self-drive after document checks and concierge confirmation.
- Send your dates, delivery address, and preferred model on WhatsApp. The team confirms rate, deposit, mileage, insurance, and handover time before payment.
- Hotel, residence, office, and airport handover can be arranged when the vehicle and schedule allow.
Availability And Pricing
Vehicle availability, rates, mileage allowance, delivery fees, and rental duration are confirmed per enquiry. Prices may vary by model, date, duration, demand, and selected service requirements.
Written Quote Before Payment
Request an itemised quote showing the exact vehicle, dates, total rental price, VAT treatment, delivery and collection charges, mileage allowance, and excess-mileage rate. Confirm fuel, late-return, toll administration, and other applicable fees in writing. A website listing or enquiry does not reserve a vehicle.
Insurance And Excess
Before payment, request the selected vehicle's insurance cover, excess payable per claim, exclusions, approved drivers, permitted use, and accident-reporting procedure. Do not assume that insurance included in a quote removes your liability for damage or that every driver or journey is covered.
Driver Eligibility
Drivers must meet the age, license, document, insurance, and approval requirements for the selected vehicle. Some luxury cars, supercars, and exotic cars may require a higher minimum age.
Payment And Deposit
Payment method, deposit status, refund timing, and any no-deposit option are confirmed before the rental agreement is prepared. Selected vehicles may be available without deposit, subject to approval. Ask for the deposit amount, whether it is a payment or card hold, the release timeframe, and the process for itemised deductions. No-deposit eligibility does not remove charges owed under the agreement.
Delivery And Return
Delivery and return can be arranged for eligible Dubai hotels, residences, offices, airports, and event locations. Timing, location, fuel level, and vehicle condition are documented during handover.
Fines, Tolls, Parking, And Damage
Traffic fines, Salik tolls, parking charges, late returns, excess mileage, fuel differences, damage, and related government or recovery fees are normally the renter's responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Cancellations And Changes
Booking changes, extensions, cancellations, or model swaps depend on availability, timing, vehicle status, and the confirmed agreement. Request the cancellation deadline, cancellation fee, no-show conditions, refund eligibility and timeframe, and the options if the booked vehicle becomes unavailable before paying. Contact the team as early as possible for any change request.
